What Apple products are you certified to install and support?
We are certified by Apple to install and support Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard Server and Mac OS X on a desktop Macintosh. (Apple Certified Technical Coordinator) I am also an Apple Certified Professional and Apple Certified Trainer for Apple's professional photography application "Aperture."

Do you hold any other certifications?
Yes. We are an Authorized Reseller for xSilva's outstanding Point of Sale system Lightspeed. If you are a business owner who needs a Macintosh based contemporary Point of Sale system that can generate quotes, track invoices, manage suppliers and inventory, authorize credit cards and check out your customers at your register, contact us for a presentation. What areas of Long Island do you service?
Most parts of the island including Nassau, Suffolk, and Eastern Queens counties.

Do you charge for your travel time?
Not at this time. The rising cost of gas might force us to change our policies in the future.

What's the best way to reach you?
I respond to both e-mail and phone inquiries - often on the same day I receive them. I try to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

What are your business hours?
I try to be flexible about my hours so that I might more easily service your needs. When you need help with your Mac, I can generally work out an agreeable time for a visit to your business or home.

Will you come to my house to provide training or service?
Yes! And to your place of business too.

Do you perform hardware repairs?
As a general role no, although I will tell you if I think you have a hardware problem.

Do you work on PCs?
We do. Although our speciality is the Macintosh and all things Mac, we also have the resources to provide support for PC users and resolve PC problems. 

A Note About Our Scheduled Appointments
In the vast majority of cases, we are very good at keeping our scheduled appointments. If we have an appointment set for 2:00 pm on a particular day, we generally show up on time. Occasionally, however, we are forced to change appointment times or even days due to client emergencies - a network or server outage might demand our immediate attention. In cases like these, we will call you immediately to inform you of the change in plans (we hope you understand) and set a new date.
